Frozen vegetables gone bad long before expire date

I bought a back of frozen vegetables and wanted to cook a home meal for a few people. When I opened the bag it has gone off! And the expire date is not until next year! I send a email to the company more than a month ago but have not heard ANYTHING back! Very poor customer care!
I am deeply disappointed and will never buy the product again! I have photos to proof it!
