Incompetent service providers

I have logged a call for my washing machine and dishwasher to be fixed during 2011. Europ assist allocated Delta Electrical & Refrigeration to the job. They indicated that they could not fix the machines on sight and took them to their workshop. After countless calls to the owner regarding the progress made, they indicated after about 6 months that they had fixed it and will return the appliances. When they brought them back after alleging that they were fixed, it was still broken. In addition to this my whole house was now infested by cockroaches! Again they took the appliances and after constant nagging to them and to Europ Assist, I got my appliances back after another year. The washing machine was fixed however the dishwasher was still broken.By this time (a year and a half later) I was forced to buy new appliances since I could not cope without these appliances for that long. I gave phoned in several times after that to report this service provider to have him removed from the database as they are absolutely incompetent and compulsive liars. Yet, they are still appearing on the database and is still being allocated work.
