NO RESPONSE AND NO SERVICE!!

I have sent numerous e-mails and only receive "out of office " notices!!!
Since January 2013 in total 10 MONTHS, I have received no reply on my claim.

THEY STILL HAVE NOT PAID MY CLAIM, NOR HAVE THEY COMMUNICATED WITH ME THE PROGRESS!!!

Somewhere inbetween I noticed communication between Aldene Albertse and Shane Marais, TWO employees, that they had communicated with me and that they are closing the file. DATED 22 January 2013 06:14 PM

THEIR SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!

Received accident insurance cover through Europassist via ABSA credit card. I purchased a flight ticket to Thailand with the card. I had an accident and claimed from the policy.
