I 'phoned Europ Assistance, and pressed 4 (geyser assist) - after many rings, I was cut off - twice.

I then pressed 3 (home assist) and was expecting" "You're through to the wrong department. Hold on, I'll put you through."

Jabulile answered immediately. She took my info, checked the details, and 'phoned back after verification, and sms'd the details.

Jabulile is very efficient, delivers on her promises and is an absolute pleasure.
