Worst service ever from a big company

I am the owner of a oil recycling company and supplied reclam Stilfontein with all the oil, according to them, we are the biggest supplier of used oil in the area and we recieved R2.45 excl. vat per kg, and all of a sudden today, without notice, our price dropped to R1.95 per kg, without notice. after we ofloaded the oil we were told of the new price...! when I asked to see the manager, he refused to come out of the office, and we were told by the guy maning the weigh bridge, under a tree outside like dogs, that the manager told him to sort it out.
the manager said that if we don't accept the new price, that we can take our oil and leave. we arrived at reclam at 9:15 am and only left after 12:00pm. my time is money, and I had to cancell meetings with other customers. WHO IS GOING TO PAY MY EXPENCES IF I LOSE THOSE CUSTOMERS? Reclam lost a very good customer today, because of incompatence of one person. Sort this out for me please, and phone me. I expect someone from head office to resolve this.
