CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP NOW, I HAVE NOT EVEN USE IT

I got a call from Igshaan telling me about the membership, he told me about the freebies and the benefits.. I was reluctant at first but eventually accepted, he told me I was going to pay R150. I asked him what I will have to do if I want to cancel he told me I will have to call the customer care number. On the 5/09 I sent an email to Charmonay canceling my membership I got no response, I then decided to call customer care number on 10/09 where I was told to send an email to [Email Removed] I got no response. I called again spoke to Fowziah who told me that cause I agreed to a 12mnths contract I will have to pay a cancellation fee but I told her that Igshaan never mentioned that, she said she will have to listen to my conversation with Igshaan and I asked her to send me the the record, she told me she get the authorization and she will call me back. I never got a call back I called again I was told that she is busy they will tell her to call me she never did. They debited R150 and R199. I called they told me Fowziah was not in and I spoke to Hendrics, who promise d to send me the call till today I ever got it and I'm tired of repeating the same thing. CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP!!
