Fine Paid in 2012, but still receiving notification

Good day,

I am currently at my wits end and don't know how to have my fine removed off the system.
I paid KN/80/066861/657 on 11.06.2012 and have forwarded it to the relevant department, now I keep on getting sms's from Payfines, which I have also spoke to, forwarded proof to and confirmed that the receipted my email proof of payment, but still, for more than two months, I still receive the sms's.
I don't know how to clear this matter up?

Please assist!?
