NO RESPONSE FROM AREA MANAGER

I filed a complaint last week Saturday the 21st of September about Wendy being sarcastic and very rude to me and as I left my mom who was with me saw her talking about me in a negative way to another costumer!
i got a very kind response from head office who apologised which was great, but they told me that they would let the area manager know and he will contact me to sort out this problem i have no doubt that the head office let him know, but i have YET to hear from him??? i am highly upset that this is not sorted out it has been more then a week i went in to the shop this Saturday and Sunday and every time i ask for the area manager the workers say he just left 5 minutes ago. i do expect the Area manager to call me today! and explain to me why Wendy was rude to me and made me so upset and humiliated me in front of other customers because i cant find a reasonable explanation why she would do that to a customer maybe he would have a explanation for me.
