Guard-"he just opens gate, not to protect property"

I had illegal occupants in my rental townhouse in Honeydew and have manage to evict the, we went to change locks and I went to tell the guard that he must makes sure nobody goes anywhere near the unit, which he can see from his guardhouse. He then said that his job is to open the gate not to watch the property, which by the way is an automated gate. I then asked for his supervisor's details which he refused to disclose, he himself had no name badge or number and refused to tell me his name etc. I asked him if he could write my request in the incident register, he refused. I then proceeded to write the incident in the register, which he then grabbed and tore out the pages. These are the guys we pay to protect our properties?
