I spend R4000 a week posting parcels all over S.A. from that about R1200 is for insurance of parcels. On the 2 July 13 a watch with insurance value R800 was from my parcel and the manager of the P.O where it was to be picked up was aware the item was from the parcel. I put in a claim on the 10 July 13.After calling Goodness/Samantha (head of customer relations) over a 100 times in the past 3 and a half months begging for my money as I had to replace my customer with a different watch, today I get a call from Goodness telling me she wants proof that my item was worth R800, I was upset because after all this time they now ask for proof. Samantha called me back and said an affidavit which goodness was suppose to have sent me would be fine. She then went on to say that if I have a problem with the P.O I should move to courier company, we had many heated words after that because as head of customer relations she has no business ethic. when asked who her superior was, her reply was she has no superior to report to in kzn. I will be taking my business elsewhere as the P.O does not need my money. Disgusting service from someone in power in the P.O, its not about money now.
