Alberton City Mall
Security locks gate after we paid for our ticket!

It was the Rihanna music concert and my girlfriend and sister was with me. We booked Park and ride tickets from Alberton City mall. We parked under roof and got on the bus. Upon our return we found the main gate of the parking locked and no guard to be found!

In total there 3 cars, we were forced to crawl under the gate to try and get to someone for help, we then found a guard and after paying our ticket to exit, he locked the gate again and arguments incurred as we paid our ticket to legally leave in our cars! We were then also harassed by the police officers male and female. the male officer's name was Hector and the gate was opened for other workers outside to come into the park area and threaten us with pipes and other weapons. The gate was opened for 2 black ladies who drove out without any trouble!?? I feared for the safety of my girlfriend and her sister!
This is totally unacceptable!
I called Jabo who was on duty as the mall supervisor and launched a formal complaint at 01.30 AM
I have brand new damaged clothes!

This whole incident was handled wrongfully by security and the police (who is worth nothing it seems)
I want this replaced, refunded and resolved!!
