Tip Top waterless formula representative

We were approached by representative of Tip Top at Bedworth Centre Vanderbijlpark marketing the waterless wash & wax for motor vehicles. We agreed to purchase the wax and asked if the micro fibre clothes were also for sale. The representative advised they were available for R50.00. We paid this over and he proceeded in the direction of the table with the products. He brought back two cloths which we accepted and left as we were in a hurry to attend another appointment.
On examination these are in fact face cloths purchased from the supermarket for a fraction of the price paid
We took these people on trust as they were dressed as representatives of Tip Top
We also made the purchase as the representative said they were students from UJ earning money for their studies.
