I own a Townhouse in Richards Bay and have installed a alarm system using ADT security. My option was full armed response.
ADT installed a mechanism in the complex gate so that they would be able to open the gate for access to my unit. Unfortunately, this mechanism stopped working after four months. Today is the second birthday of my Contract with ADT, and after complaining for since this mechanism has stopped working, they still do not have access to my unit in case of an emergency.
Once ADT Security have your signature on a debit order, you can forget them protecting your home.
It subsequently took me three months after my number changed for them to change it on their system.
