I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday. Received an email that I should make Payment and that the flowers will be delivered. I did exactly that! A day before the delivery at 11:29am I emailed to confirm if delivery will take place.
There was no response. I called the afternoon and was told the lady has left and she will give me a call first thing in the morning. I then received an email the next morning at 08:07am that my payment was received and delivery will take place
At 08:34 I received a phone call from the same person that send me an email, stating that they do not deliver in the specified area anymore and they will refund me! Frustrated and angry I had to make other urgent arrangements. I was however told that I will be refunded my R300.00 immediately
When I called at 11:30am I was told that the refund will take 4days, then someone in the back ground screamed "the money was paid but will reflect the next day" They could not even contact me and explain the situation, I had to literally chase after them!!! how pathetic, is this how people treat you these days...
