Why only certain facebook posts get answered?

To whom it may concern

I would like to know why certain people on your TomTom South Africa Facebook page get some sort of feedback and others don't. I there discrimination happening on TomTom Facebook or is there a particular reason why my comment question is not answered. Or is this service only aimed at certain individuals. if this is the case than I would like to know what these reason are? I posted a questions yesterday at 09:58am and up until now this wasn't adressed. Two people above and below my posts was answered, and they were white people. Just like the rest of the TomTom clientele I demand equality from your Facebook administrator, not to be ignored. Your response to my questions needs to be answered, if not I will take further steps, this type of praticed won't be tolerated by me.
