I ordered flowers for my grandmother's birthday to be delivered on her birthday. Paid up front and all those good things. I received notification on her birthday that the flowers would be delivered at 14:32 (which I was super impressed with). Imagine my horror and fright when they did not arrive at the house on the right date and she did not know what I was talking about!
I immediately tried to send an email which bounced back, so I sent it the following day. I received an email back from Zainab telling me that I had ordered them for the wrong right. I checked my order before querying the delivery and noted that the web delivery dates had been changed. I find this completely unacceptable and this will be the last time I use this service. Pity really because I used to love the service.
