No delivery, no phone call, no refund!

I ordered and paid for a flower arrangement to be delivered to my daughters place of work on Thurs 8th Aug, 3 days before delivery date.
The flowers were not delivered and I did not even get a phone call to say so!!!
On the date of delivery I had to go through 2 different telesales people to ask if the flowers had been delivered (the first person said she would phone me back, she never did!) to eventually find out at 4.25pm that they had not delivered the flowers as they had run out of delivery time!!! I think not! They just plain forgot as if that was the case they should have phoned me to beg forgiveness!
When I asked for the managers contact number, I was told he didn't have one. Yes, you heard right, the manager 'Jene Booysens' does not have a contact number! I did eventually get an email address for him.
After the long weekend I emailed the manager on Monday morning. The email bounced back as it said "incorrect address", this address was double checked with the telesales person 'Diego Manuel'.
Diego Manuel also said he would refund me immediately and CALL me to say when he had done so.
5 days later I am still waiting.
Shocking and disgusting service!!!
