Still no feedback after parcel

After months of backwards and forwards; exchanging emails and phone calls, I still do not have an official response from SAPO as to what they are doing about my claim (HD0000002008769). Electronics were from an international delivery to me.
I received a call from a gentlemen from the customer services claims department who wanted to explain to me why my claim was rejected. When I informed him that this is the 1st time I've heard that my claim was rejected, he refused to supply me the reasons and said someone would email me. Months later and no further correspondence.
They are now ignoring my emails.
I haven't experienced such poor customer service ever, and South Africa is not known for good service in general.
