Claim was lodged, and there was no communication. Only after one week of enquiry was I told that claim was rejected on grounds of supposed deterioration. Unreasonable customer care by claim consultant. I followed up with numerous emails echoing my frustration but there was no response. Previously I was very satisfied and I had the policy for 7 years with no problems. Consultant was very erratic on the phone.
