Claim Falsely Rejected, Poor Communication

I had a claim created with SAU in January already. Went through the claims process which took an unreasonable 2 months almost. Then never heard anything back from SAU.

I decided to claim in to see whats happening, the Calms Adjuster Elvis told me he was finalizing the claim and would contact me as soon as its don.

He never called for 3 weeks. I eventually called and found out they rejected the claim, saying I was not a regeisterd on the policy holders list of drivesr fro teh car. This was false as I am registered to drive the car and the call center agent I spoke to even confirmed that I am a registered driver of the car.

I've had claims from insurance companies before sorted out within a few days, SAU seems to have a poor process or communication and cant resolve things.
