Cellphone Claim Rejected Due To

Telecommunications

My secondary mobile was on 07/01/2013 as per the information submitted to Cellsure. I requested a response via email which I never received therefore I had to call their claims department and was told 'hello' by the agent, Jacquie Nomvuyo, I asked her if that is how she answers her calls and she justified herself by saying that she had another customer on hold and she automatically received my call. I was told that my claim has been rejected to the most un-intellectual reason! Please note that the claim is for a secondary mobile, my claim has been rejected due to the fact that the last time I used my phone was somewhere in early December! Well hello! My November bill amounted to R4000 on just that one single contract so I minimised usage on that phone and continued usage on my primary mobile. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out why I would minimise usage. At the end of the day, its like I'm paying for insurance and instructed to use my mobile on a regular basis and this isn't stipulated on the terms and conditions! I will not let this go because I am a loyal and paying Customer of both Vodacom and their insurance underwriter, Cellsure and I'll seek legal advice
