Ignored, Rejected - without reason

I took insurance with FFW in December. Shortly thereafter I was mugged at gun point in the CBD. While FFW took down the claim details speedily and came back with a response in a few days since then they have behaved abysmally. When the first document I submitted as proof of ownership of the phone wasn't accepted I was told to provide an invoice within 30 days. I provided it two weeks later. Since December the person i was dealign with - Jeremia Lenong - has not returned two phone calls and three emails. When I called last week and got through to another employee I was told the claim had been rejected and closed. I was informed the claim would be reopened immediately but they could not explain why it was rejected in the first place or why I had never been informed. Another email requesting an explanation has been ignored. While efficiently registering me as a client and accepting my monthly instalments they have since, essentially, refused to provide me service.
