IRegistered a hail damage claim on the web on the 6th of December 2013.
I have not received any phone calls from the claims department up to date and when I phoned into the call centre this morning I was told by a very incompetent staff member that the claim has been rejected. This consultant then wasted 30 minutes of my time by providing me with incorrect information. This consultant also laughed at my frustration on the other side of the line.
I would like my claim to be resolved as a matter of urgency.
