Still haven't refunded me 5 months late

I cancelled my contract in April and every time I call a lady called Trisha always says will call me back she has to speak to her manager called Aron they will call me back. Its been month's now hearing the same story. I'm really angry and disgusted by the type of service I'm receiving will never recommend it to anyone!
