Colapsed Bed springs

I bought s Rest Assured bed in March/April of 2012. The are now very visible Rifts in the bed were me and my husband. The concern is that one of the sides one can feel that the springs either colapsed or broke or something as there is hole once you sit or on that particular part. It is very uncomfortable to sleep on. I phone the company as there is a 30 year warranty on the mattress. Then company send some one out to come view the bed. Then a week later I received a letter in the post saying they will not repair my bed because it seems to be soiled. obviously there will be stains on the bed it is not a brand new bed! I have a small child whom got sick on my bed and that is why the stain. what I want to know is what does a stain on the bed have to do with colapsed springs? If you ask me ithey just want an excuse not to repair or replace the bed! They advertise falsly and their after sale service. They didn't bother to phone me just a leTter in the post. The best is I paid cash for the bed its not even that I still owe money so I can send it back to a shop. Rest Assure has got no customer value and has no sense of after sale service. DO NOT BUY FROM REST ASSURED
