Terrible service and attitude at Panee Thai Spa

We had bought a groupon voucher for 2 people for Panee Thai spa. We called in and made reservations / bookings in August for October because they had no other availability. Our vouchers expires in Sep... It was mentioned when we made the bookings, however, when we called to confirm, we were given the run around.

They dont even speak proper english at that place. Ramesh is a rude person with no customer service. He just made it appear to be our fault that the voucher expired despite booking way in advance. He is a and I must say that the place looks quite run down.

For a good SPA treatment, i recommend Pyramid Day SPA.
