Heritage Weight Master sagging in 6 months

We purchased a Dream Rest and after just 3 months mattress started sagging and base squeaking, rest Assured exchanged the mattress and base with a HERITAGE WEIGHT MASTER and after just 6 months the mattress started sagging, rep from Rest Assured conducted a basic test confirming sagging of mattress and informed us that mattress will not pass the SABS test. After a week of no reply from Rest Assured we had to phone to follow up on the outcome of the query, thereafter a four line letter was sent stating the mattress was soiled and Rest Assured will not be able to repair, replace or refund. Rest Assured has no pride in the product they manufacture/sell! Could they not have meet us half way or just inform us to have the tea stain that they refer to as "soiled" be washed to even attempt to assist with a repair, replace or refund of their product that is obviously not living up to its name the HERITAGE WEIGHT MASTER mattress. Absolute disgrace!!!
