Sagging mattress with no guarantee

In june 2013 I paid in /- R2600 on an new Matrix Neo - Rest Assured bed, after the previous bed started sagging. This bed sagged after 1 month.
Rest assured came to check this after i complained, and said there is nothing wrong with the bed. It is the most uncomfortable bed ever.
I do not recommend any rest assured product.
Their head office do not comment on any queries i made.
