Totally Disorganised and unhelpful

All I wanted was to know if they have the packaging boxes I need in stock or if they have them at all or if they have alternative packaging available. As I was revered to them by another company.

I called the Alberton branch first and she was very unhelpful so I called the Head office and after being put on hold in silence, I hung up and tried again then being put through to different departments from accounts back to reception to sales then from sales rep to another.
All I wanted is to know if they have a specific box in stock and how much it would be... quite simple for one sales rep to accomplish, don't you think?

After wasting almost all my airtime I still don't know what's going on there and I don't even think they do.

I will not recommend this company to anyone and will not use it in future.
