Great service

Hi,

For the past two months I've been searching high and low for Pakco chilli sauce and every shop that I went to didn't have stock, eventually I said I'll phone their head office directly and ask them if they have stopped production or they having production problems? I was eventually given the number of a sales rep named Paul who was very friendly and said he would get one of the reps in my area to contact me to find out more and find the shops that do have stock the rep then contacted (sorry I can't remember his name) but he had actually went to the shopping centre and found the stock on the shelves and he also told me that the packaging has changed and that's the reason I have possibly not noticed it, he also took pictures and sent them to my phone so I would know exactly what to look for, this is exceptional service from the receptionist who took my call to all the people along the line who followed up with me. Great service guys two thumbs up and I will continue to buy your sauces.
