Advertise, but no stock

I went to the Key West Vodacom in Krugersdorp. On Sat 5 October 2013. Patricia helped me. I wanted the new Tab P5200 at R299 / month on my existing contract. I completed forms and later she called to say I have been approved but no stock. Stock due Tursday. I called Tuesday and sent an e-mail, still no stock. Today I called 082-1955 and spoke to Ntokozo from the sales department. Said a delay and only due 18 October.

Why do you not have stock? Why is nobody checking and giving the sales people feedback. I hate it if they say I DO NOT KNOW!!! Pathetic service!!!
