I bought a pink Razor electric scooter for my daughter from Game in Knysna. The store manager Jackson was helpful in giving a discount as it was a demo model and used in the store and assured that although they were discontinued, normal guarantee still applies. We got home and charged it 9hrs as per from Simphiwe the sales person for Tevo at Game Knysna. The next morning it was taken off charge only to find that nothing happened. Being electronically minded I tested the unit to find the batteries were shot. After consulting with Jackson he gave us a further discount to compensate for new batteries. The scooter still didn't want to ride so I removed the control module and handed it in to Jackson who requested a new one to be sent. I was told that the manager Elroy Jacobs would bring a new one the following week which never happened. 'Coincidently' they received a new scooter in store and said they would swop and still not being a new one. After a few rides the motor started giving problems. I took it in and was told by Simphiwe the manager of Tevo would collect the following Wednesday and never did. I was phoned today by Game to collect refund, Elroy didn't have space in his bakkie
