Nobody knows what is going on in that branch

Water pump fitted to my and a friends trailers that don't work. Get a call to say my trailer is ready for collection
when i call to confirm i am told that they haven't started working on it yet. When i asked the sales team to demonstrate how there shower cubicle works nobody knew how. Made an appointment to have items fitted and when i arrived was informed that they did not know about me nor did they have time to do the work.
