GLASFIT DURBAN - A JOKE!!

They came to fit my frameless shower door and ended up bursting our water pipe when drilling. They left without phoning me to apologise, literally made it my problem to sort out. When they came to try again once the tiling and pipe had been repaired, they realised that one of the glass panels no longer fitted and they needed to re-order, but alas, the amour plating company had closed for December. You would think I would be on the top of their list for January installations but no-one called. I took time out of my day to call and set up an appointment. They said definitely Thursday or Friday. No-one came thursday and when I called on Friday they said sorry but Terence never pitched (again!) and they will only come on Monday. Of course I kicked up a fuss - is it my problem their staff never arrived? Neil said he would call me back immediately and would make a plan to get it done, but still I have not heard from anyone. I have more work for them to do, but will NEVER use Glasfit Durban again - its been a nightmare!!
