Pathetic service from parts department

I was in contact with Top Trailers about a certain part for my trailer sometime late last year. I heard nothing and decided this year to try again as they are the only trailer company that has parts for their trailers. I put in requests via e-mail, received read receipts and still got no replies. I was informed by a very helpful Maryke who does not deal with parts that my number had been given to her MD to call me and he hasn't even bothered calling me. The service has been pathetic/non existent from anyone except Maryke who seems to be the only one working there. I just wish someone could help me once and for all.
