No booking made and no apologies from their side

My husband drove there personally and made a booking for a trailer. When we arrived there that morning they told us that they couldn't find the booking. We then asked them if they have a trailer left of the same size we have booked and they gave us one. Then after receiving the trailer we realized that it was almost half the size of the trailer we have actually booked and then went back to return it. After complaining they simply told us that there was nothing they could do and didn't even bother to apologize. We then asked for our money back, and since it was the first weekend of the month we couldn't find a trailer anywhere and therefore weren't able to move into our new place. Later that morning they then had the nerve to phone us and ask us when why we haven't picked up or trailer yet?!!!
