BLUETOOTH NOT FITTED IN MY VEHICLE AS PROMISED!!!

I bought an A4 with AUDI Hatfield last year and as part of the deal was that it will come with BLUETOOTH fitted on the vehicle, but I was told to collect the car without a Bluetooth but it will be fitted after a week or so. I took the car but then there were no followups done by the sales person as to when are they going to fit the Bluetooth.

Then, I started making followups and I was told that any electrical products cannot be fitted any more on A4, A5, A1, A6 and A7 models for most fitment centres including their fitment centre as well have a tendence of tempering with the vehicle electrical wire system and therefore this causes the eletronics to back fire on clients such as e.g radio issues, multifunction steering wheel certain buttons or functions do'nt work and on board computer to not show certain information etc... therefore the maintence and freeway plan shall not cover any expenses if this occurs.

I was frustrated when I heard that, but then I started traveling with my work so I left this issue hanging but I will not rest until this issue has been sorted out. I respected AUDI and did not expect such Bad service from them. I still want that Bluetooth fitted in my car!
