Very dissapointed with @HOME service

I bought two Gibson sleeper couches at the @home Waterfront branch in Bloemfontein.
I bought it 12 January, they explained to me there was a two week delivery time before it can be collected at the warehouse.

On 24 January they called and informed me that due to the rain, the packaging was damaged and my goods had to be reordered.

On 29 January they call and me again and confirm that both my goods has arrived and will be ready for collection.

I don't stay and work in Bloemfontein during the week, making it difficult, because the warehouse is only open on a Monday or a Friday from 4pm - 5pm

I made special arragements at work to get of and be in Bloem on time to collect the goods, and borrow a bakkie from a friend, I don't have one myself. On Friday 1st Feb I was there at 16:10 at the warehouse for collection. I stood in the scorching sun waiting to be helped until 16:55 when I asked the 2 staff personal if I can go in and find my items myself because they couldn't help the waiting customers. They were very very incompetent. I found one couch and searched til 18:00. My second couch wasn't there yet.

I called the branch immediately, still waiting for the manager to call me back
