NO CUSTOMER CARE

I have recently had my over locker repaired at Faerie Glen branch of Elna Sewing Machines, When I arrived at the store the shop assistant was busy on her sewing machine sewing, It was as though it was an effort to get up and assist me. Her greeting was a straight HELLO in a abrupt rude manner as though she was agitated id disturbed her sewing and doing me a favour serving me.
She then proceeded to the counter without saying a word to me got a box with papers and fetched my machine from the back of the shop. Now this is extremely bad customer care, She did not chat to me at all or offer any information on what had been done to the machine. This I found unacceptable.
I have had problems here before with this assistant. I was seeking spool caps for my over locker
She never ever c alled me to say they didn't have or make any effort to get me some. Also she did not call me to imform me my machine was ready at all I had to call her. If this is what Elna call excellent customer service I will take my business elsewhere to Bernina where I DO GET good customer care. Totally shocking behaviou
