I purchased goods from this company and the sewing machines came in a TV box. Received no books or anything for these sewing machines. When I used the machine it was not working, so they took it for repairs last year. Up til now I did not receive my foot for the machine back. The sewing machine was paid off in six months. Now i just have the TV to pay which I have paid most of it last year. But since the manageress promised us a new machine in the new year, we did not hear anything from them about the machine. Mind you the interest has shot up so much for my account that whatever I have paid was was in vain.
The people who are assigned to make the calls are rude and ill mannered. They need to be trained on customer service. According to them they are given instructions from head office to call. Almost everyday 3 to 4 times. Please attend to the customers problems just as you'll make phone calls to demand the payment.
