Not up to standard

I approached Dee Roos from Elna to make Photography Bean Bag Posers for me to sell on my photography Prop website, although she did say it was not something she had done before, she offered to try and do them for me as they were not complicated and required very basic easy sewing, but on collection after payment was made, I discovered that the bean bags were extremely badly made and tearing already, when I approached Dee to correct them I was told she was not willing to work on them any longer or fix them or give me my money back to have them correctly made. Dee was rude and extremely unhelpful!!
