I recently logged a complaint with Homechoice about a faulty sewing machine which they responded to immediately. After much consideration they collected the item and I was advised to collect a brand new sewing machine at the post office closest to my home. Upon collection of the *new sewing machine* it was
found in a much worst condition than when it was sent to homechoice. The machine which was collected at the post office was dirty & I was so disgusted when my mom showed me the state of the equipment. I sent an email to Shafieka immediately and she still has not responded. In my email I demanded a full reund as I was not prepared to go through such an ordeal ever again. I hope this complaint gets their attention soon as I want my money back because I can get another sewing machine somewhere else at a much more reasonable price.
