I phoned to order a Skip waste bin during December. From the onset I told the consultant (Shelly) the importance of having the bin delivered at a certain date. They gave me the run around, and I caught them out lying to me. Only after I have made the payment was I informed that the skip could not be delivered on the required date. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. I was again to and made promises of a refund. To date, despite many calls and e-mails, I still have not been refunded. The operators refuse to give the name, contact details or e-mail address of their MD. No one returns your calls, answers your e-mails or do anything. ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK!
