Repairs to Generato

During the first week of December 2012 I phoned this company to repair my generator. I explained the problem
and they suggested to replace the battery. I told them that the battery is 2 months old and I think there is another problem. They insisted that I pay for a new battery before they send somebody. I did a transfer for the money and on 13 December they sent a technician called Anthony. He told me that there is nothing wrong with the battery and he will return to fix the generator. Since then it was futile to get anybody in the company to repay me for the battery that was never replaced.
I wish to let potential customers know that this company is frauding people out of their money.
