Dear Groupn

As per numerous e mails, you advised me that my IPIG would be delivered no later than the 18/01/2013. As to date there has been no delivery. I am really disgusted at your service as this order was placed over a month ago with you guys. If the order cannot be delivered please refund me the money back. We all know that Groupon gets a percentage of goods sold, my question to you is would you accept payment at a later date. Your service is disgusting.
The reference number is 647498.
I want this order sorted either you get the IPIG to me or you refund me my money back.
