Bad/no service from Pelecane services

Bought a Karcher high pressure washer from Pelecane services in Secunda in the beginning of 2013. It it a commercial machine with 2year gaurantee. The T&C of the gaurantee states thatthe machine needs to be services regularly. 2 months ago I asked Peet Venter, owner of Pelecane services to service my machine. I called him a few times, without any reaction from his side. Just always to busy to help me. Last week the machine packed up. Now he has all sorts of reasons why the machine packed up. Now I am sitting with repairs of almost R5000. I feel if he serviced my machine when I asked him, the machine would still be working today.

Pelecane only wants to sell new Karcher machines. Aftersales service is none!
