HOW CAN PRICES VARY WITHIN 24 HOURS???

ON MONDAY 19 AUGUST 2013, MY WIFE AND I PLACED A PHONE ORDER TO WALTONS WITH THE PERSON THAT USUALLY ATTENDS MY ORDERS, VEROSA BABU . WE ENQUIRED PRICES AND QUANTITIES PER PACK OF SPECIFICAL ITEMS, FOR WHICH I MADE A NOTE ON MY CATALOG, AND CONFIRMED THE ORDER WITH HER .
ON TUESDAY 20 AUGUST 2013, I RECEIVED MY ORDER AT 4 PM AND AS USUAL, DUE TO PAST ERRORS AND PROBLEMS WITH THEM, I PROCEEDED TO CHECK THE ITEMS AND CONTRAST THEM WITH PRICES I WAS QUOTED AND PRICES INVOICED .
OUT OF ALL THE ITEMS I ORDERED AND WAS INVOICED, NOT ONE HAD THE SAME PRICE AS I WAS QUOTED THE PREVIOUS DAY. BUT THERE WAS ONE ITEM IN PARTICULAR, FOR WHICH I SPECIFICALLY CONFIRMED WITH VEROSA 3 TIMES, WHETHER THE PRICE SHE QUOTED ME WAS FOR A PAK OF 5, AS IT STIPULATES IN THE CATALOGUE, AND SHE ANSWERED ME ALL 3 TIMES CONFIRMING THAT THE PRICE QUOTED WAS FOR THE PAK OF 5 . WHEN I RECEIVED THE ITEM, THERE WAS ONLY 1 PIECE PACKED AND THE PRICE ON THE INVOICE WAS THE PRICE SHE QUOTED ME AND RECONFIRMED 3 TIMES, FOR THE PAK OF 5 . I CALLED HER TO QUERY THIS AND AFTER A FEW MINUTES, SHE GOT BACK TO ME, ONLY TO TELL ME THAT IT WAS A MISPRINT IN THE CATALOGUE . TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
