High Pressure Machine Broken

I bought a high pressure machine in October 2013 at Game Vosloorus the machine is no longer working I then took the machine to the this past Saturday to get assistance I was told that they will have take the machine in for repairs and I have to wait for 21 working days before I can have my problem solved, I informed Peter Ntanzi that I can not wait for that long as I need to use the machine as my pavement and car are very dirty he told me that if I can not wait that long then the is nothing the store can do to assist him, I then left the store very disappointed, Surely as a consumer i have a right to choose if i want the machine to be taken in for repairs or have a new machine given to me
