Bad quality and no service

I've had my karcher high pressure cleaner for just over a year. I must have used it 5 or 6 times to wash my car when it started leaking water. On Wednesday I took it to ITS for repairs. The Technician said he thinks the pump is cracked, but he will open it up and let me know whats going on later the same day. He never did. The next day I called him and he said he is busy with it and I must give him an hour, then he will call me. Again, he never did. On Friday I called again, he made me hold on for 5 minutes while he was having a laugh with the girl at the front desk. When he came back, he said he will call me back in 5 minutes. And for the third time he did not call! How can a almost brand new machine that was hardly used be broken? Not only do I think the Karcher machine is rubbish, their service also!
