Was referred by santam for repairs to our defy 13kg toploader washing machine. Was told by aladdin that the machine was broken due to wear and tear .when fetching the machine it was loaded on its side into a nissan 1400 bakkie with a canopy, which consequently damaged the side of the machine. When I asked ENGEL how a machine that was 2 years old could be worn out I was told that those machines only last a year and that he was on santams panel. I picked the machine up and took it to Grahams in the Strand, the problem with the machine was that the nut on the moter had come loose and not wear and tear. thanks Grahams for youre excellent services. When our assessors spoke to Charles Engel about the damage to the machine he was very rude to her, thanks to their incompetence santam had to supply us with a new mahine. DO NOT LET THESE TOUCH YOURE APPLIANCES. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF
